– No returns, refunds or exchange of products are available once your order is confirmed & payment has been made .
– Customer may return for exchange of the Products within 24 hours from the date on which the Product is delivered with the following cases:
- Defective products which are not caused by customer
- Wrong item received
– Products return will be accepted with the following conditions:
- Items in original purchase condition, with all tags, documentations and original packing intact.
- Original printed Delivery Notice / Receipt returned with items as proof of purchase
- Customer has to notify us via email at [email protected] for the request of return and followed our guidance before sending back the original product.
- For wrong item received & defective products, customer must notify us via email at [email protected] within 24 hours after product received.
– Customer shall be responsible for all the necessary expenses incurred, such as postage or any delivery costs in connection with any return or exchange made with the following case :
- Defective products which are caused by customer
- “Defective” products which are not defective but the customer make mistake; for example the products was claim to be no power but the actual fact that the power socket used is faulty
- For Warranty claim made after 7 days of product received
– Exchanged items will be processed and delivered out to customer within 7 working days from the date of acceptance.
– In the event return for exchange requests does not notify us through email in 24 hours , the returning proceedings and exchange will NOT be entertained. Strictly no refund.
– In the event that exchange request is made and the relevant product is out of stock, we reserve the right to replace the alternative version to the customer.
